Refund policy

Sydell Return & Refund Policy: Orders may be canceled by the buyer only with Sydell’s prior consent. Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled. If a buyer refuses delivery, the buyer will be responsible for all return freight charges plus a 15% restocking fee. Please contact Sydell before returning any merchandise. Warranty information and warranty terms are available at www.sydell.com.
