Terms of Service

By using Sydell.com or placing an order with Sydell Inc., you agree to the following terms.

Orders and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled by the buyer only with Sydell’s prior consent.

Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled. If the buyer refuses delivery, the buyer will be responsible for all return freight charges plus a 15% restocking fee.

Payment Terms

A $30 service charge will apply to returned checks.

Past-due balances are subject to a service charge of 2% per month (24% per year) after 30 days.

Warranty

All items manufactured by Sydell Inc. are warranted against defects in material and welding workmanship for one year from the date of shipment.

Paint and finish are not guaranteed due to normal wear, shipping, handling, manure exposure, or other environmental conditions.

Any warranty repair or corrective work must be authorized by Sydell before the work is performed. Sydell is not responsible for unauthorized repairs or claims resulting from delays.

Website Use

Sydell makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on Sydell.com accurate and current. Product information, availability, specifications, and other website content may be updated or changed as needed.

Sydell is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites that may be linked from Sydell.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sydell Inc. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or its products.

Any limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Dakota and applicable United States law.

If a concern or dispute arises, we ask that you contact Sydell first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Changes to These Terms

Sydell may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on Sydell.com.
