The Sydell 0490 Headlock attaches to a compatible Sydell 0400 Series front feed panel and helps keep a ewe or doe standing during supervised nursing, milking, treatments, tagging, and routine health checks. By limiting the mother’s ability to turn away or lie down, it gives lambs and kids more consistent access to the udder while they learn to nurse.

The adjustable neck opening helps provide a secure fit for the animal. When nursing or care is complete, remove the headlock and return the pen to its normal configuration.
